You don't always want to buy a gas detector.  To be completely honest, they're expensive, your employees will treat them like they're bulletproof, and they have a high cost of ownership.  All of this leads to the benefit of gas detector rental: not having to pay to take care of them when they're not in use.  When you rent your gas monitor from us, we take care of all the calibration and repair work on our end for you.  That cost of ownership?  Well it's a lot lower when this is all you do with your days (we aren't allowed to have lives here).  On top of all of that, when you drop a monitor off for repair with us, we give you a gas detector rental at half price for the duration of the repair work.  We listed some of the gas monitors we rent out below, but this isn't an exhaustive list.  We rent out some of the exotic gas monitors as well (ppb RAE, Ammonia detectors, etc) but we don't have them listed with standard prices.  Contact Us and we'll get you a quote on those.

All rentals come with:

One heavy duty case, battery charger, calibration cup, Tygon tubing, and instruction manual.

Pumped monitors, like the Altair 5, include sample draw line with water stop filters.

All rentals are 100% guaranteed to perform to manufacturer specification for the length of their rental contract.  In the event that a piece of equipment is not performing correctly while being used under normal working conditions, Ideal Calibrations will pay for a next day air replacement of the unit as well as a return ship of the malfunctioning equipment.  In the event that a malfunction is caused due to abuse of the unit, Ideal Calibrations will bill the customer for any repairs.
